Welcome to KK Dukan ("KK Dukan", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KK Dukan website, mobile application, and any related services, including our e-commerce catalogue and quick-commerce (fast/instant delivery) grocery and daily-essentials service (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing an order through the Platform, you ("User", "Customer", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
1. Definitions
- "Platform" means the KK Dukan website, mobile application, and any associated digital properties operated by us.
- "Quick Commerce" means our expedited/instant delivery service for groceries, daily essentials, and similar perishable or time-sensitive items, typically delivered within a short delivery window from order confirmation.
- "Order" means a request placed by a User through the Platform to purchase Products.
- "Products" means any goods, items, or merchandise listed for sale on the Platform, including groceries, packaged goods, and general merchandise.
- "Delivery Partner" means any individual or third-party logistics provider engaged to deliver Orders to Users.
- "Serviceable Area" means the pincode(s)/locality(ies) in which we currently offer delivery, as shown on the Platform at the time of Order placement.
2. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KK Dukan. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We reserve the right to update, amend, or change these Terms at any time without prior individual notice; the "Last Updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
3. Eligibility
Use of the Platform is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Persons who are legally barred from entering into contracts are not permitted to use the Platform.
4. Account Registration & Security
To place an Order, you may be required to register an account using accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid mobile number and/or email address. You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and OTPs;
- All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you;
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to contain inaccurate, fraudulent, or incomplete information, or that is used in violation of these Terms.
5. Products, Services & Quick Commerce Delivery
KK Dukan offers Products through two broad service formats:
- Standard e-commerce ordering — for general merchandise, with delivery timelines communicated at the time of order placement;
- Quick Commerce ordering — for groceries and daily essentials, intended for faster, near-instant delivery within our Serviceable Areas, subject to Delivery Partner availability, traffic, weather, and other operational factors.
Product images are for representational purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual Product delivered in terms of packaging, weight, or appearance due to manufacturer updates. We make reasonable efforts to ensure Product descriptions, images, weights, and prices are accurate, but do not warrant that all information on the Platform is error-free, complete, or current. Availability of any Product is not guaranteed and may change without notice.
6. Pricing, Taxes & Payment
- All prices listed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
- We reserve the right to change prices, delivery charges, handling fees, small-cart/convenience fees, and other charges at any time without prior notice; the price applicable will be the one displayed at the time of Order confirmation.
- Currently accepted payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment via UPI (including UPI apps and QR-code based payment).
- For online/UPI payments, you must upload/enter accurate proof of payment (transaction ID/UTR and/or payment screenshot, where applicable) to enable us to verify and confirm your Order.
- In case of any payment discrepancy, duplicate charge, or failed transaction, please contact our support team; verified erroneous charges will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
- COD may not be available for all Orders, Products, or locations, and may be disabled at our discretion, including for high-value Orders or repeated order cancellations/refusals by a User.
7. Order Placement, Confirmation & Acceptance
Placing an Order on the Platform is an offer by you to purchase the selected Products, subject to these Terms. An Order is deemed accepted by us only upon confirmation being sent to you (via SMS, app notification, email, or equivalent). We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any Order for reasons including but not limited to: Product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity, inability to deliver to the specified address, or non-serviceability of the delivery location/pincode.
8. Delivery Policy
- Delivery is available only within our current Serviceable Areas, as indicated on the Platform based on your selected address or detected location.
- Estimated delivery timelines shown on the Platform (including for Quick Commerce orders) are indicative and not guaranteed; actual delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic, Delivery Partner availability, high order volumes, incorrect/incomplete address, or force majeure events.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and a reachable contact number. We are not liable for non-delivery or delayed delivery caused by incorrect information provided by you.
- For Orders using auto-detected or map-pinned delivery locations, you are responsible for verifying that the pin/location accurately reflects your intended delivery address before confirming the Order.
- Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout and may vary based on order value, distance, and location.
- Where a Delivery Partner is unable to reach you at the provided address/contact number after reasonable attempts, the Order may be cancelled or returned, and applicable cancellation charges may apply.
9. Cancellation Policy
Users may be permitted to cancel an Order prior to it being packed/dispatched/handed to the Delivery Partner, subject to the cancellation window (if any) displayed on the Platform for that Order. Once an Order has been packed, dispatched, or is out for delivery — particularly for Quick Commerce/grocery Orders — cancellation may no longer be possible due to the perishable or time-sensitive nature of such Products. We reserve the right to cancel any Order at our end (in full or in part) due to Product unavailability, pricing errors, non-serviceability, suspected fraud, or repeated refusal/non-availability of the Customer, and will refund any amount already paid for the cancelled portion.
10. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Our detailed Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy — including eligibility conditions, timelines, and the process for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items — is published as a separate policy page on the Platform ("Return & Refund Policy") and forms an integral part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between this section and the separate Return & Refund Policy, the terms of the dedicated Return & Refund Policy shall prevail.
11. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree that you shall not:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law;
- Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information at the time of registration, checkout, or otherwise;
- Place fraudulent Orders, misuse coupons/discounts/referral programs, or engage in any activity intended to defraud us or other Users;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, its servers, or any connected network/database;
- Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data from the Platform without our prior written consent;
- Abuse, threaten, or behave inappropriately towards our Delivery Partners, customer support staff, or other representatives.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently block access to the Platform for any User found to be in breach of this section, without prior notice and without liability.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the KK Dukan name, logo, trademarks, graphics, text, product images, software, and the overall design and "look and feel" of the Platform, is the property of KK Dukan or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing on the Platform shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use any such intellectual property without our prior written permission.
13. Reviews, Ratings & User Content
Any reviews, ratings, comments, or other content submitted by you ("User Content") must be genuine, non-defamatory, and lawful. By submitting User Content, you grant KK Dukan a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that we deem inappropriate, false, or in violation of these Terms.
14. Third-Party Links & Services
The Platform may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites, payment gateways, mapping services, or applications (including UPI apps) that are not owned or controlled by KK Dukan. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service, and your use of such third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all Products/services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KK Dukan disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as may be legally guaranteed under applicable consumer protection law.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KK Dukan, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any Product purchased through it. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from an Order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that specific Order. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KK Dukan, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
18. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, including location data collected for delivery purposes. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and use as described in the Privacy Policy.
19. Force Majeure
KK Dukan shall not be held responsible for any delay, failure to perform, or non-delivery resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic, government restrictions/lockdowns, strikes, riots, civil unrest, internet or telecommunications failures, or disruptions to logistics/supply chains.
20. Grievance Redressal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection and e-commerce regulations, any complaints, concerns, or grievances relating to Orders, Products, or the Platform may be directed to our designated Grievance/Customer Support contact below. We will endeavour to acknowledge and address genuine grievances within a reasonable timeframe, in line with applicable law.

21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection provisions allowing a consumer to approach a forum of their choice, any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at [City], [State], India.
22. Termination / Suspension of Access
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, in the event of any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform, other Users, or our business.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
